Street Fair Silent Auction

Thank you to all of the businesses that provided silent auction items. My table looked festive and the monies helped fund the entertainment and required Street Fair services. Thank you for all for your participation and patience…..

The NBA Street Fair was held Saturday June 4th under beautiful sunny skies. The kick-off to Needham’s summer fun activities was a major success. Attendees, vendors, entertainers, and the NBA members all had a fun-filled, successful day according to comments received throughout the event. The silent auction was the most successful so far, and the new Needham tee shirts sold out—both helping to off-set expenses.

Thank you to the committee members for their hard work, Jack McQuillan-chair, Kathy Whitney, Kathy Lewis, Dick Atkinson, Fred Sklar, Charlie Wagner, Regina Pineo, Carol delemos & Kate Tedoldi. Thanks to Chief O’Leary, Chief Buckley, Lt. Kraemer, Rhine Hoyland and the DPW crew, Herb Morin and the Town Administrator, Kate Fitzpatrick for all of your assistance.

Thanks to Kathy Lewis for her great work on increasing the membership by over 30 members!!

Again, the Street Fair was enhanced by wonderful entertainers that set the tone for a fun day—Paulette’s Ballet Studio, Needham Plugged In teen bands, Pam Steinfeld, Papa the Clown and the Great Plain Squares.

Thank you to our generous sponsors: Condon Realty, North Hill, Middlesex Savings Bank, Gilbert W. Cox, Jr., Needham Oil and Air, Fastsigns, Hillcrest Electric, Coca Cola, The Wicker Lady, Nicholas’ Pizza, and Needham Junction Ice Cream. You made this wonderful day possible!
